At the Salt Shed we are big believers in doing what you love, where you love. If you ENJOY your training, you will keep it up and you will get results. That’s why, we are intent on building a friendly and inclusive community and running classes that will make you feel welcome. Our mission each day is to help people leave the gym feeling better than when they arrived. We are invested in your overall journey but also in each of your sessions. We are invested in your goals and we are as excited as you are to achieve them.

Recovery room

Sauna and Cold plunge

With a state of the art sauna and cold plunge. Immerse yourself in the ultimate recovery room. Designed for an enjoyable focused relaxation. Our clients have the ability to book this room out all to themselves for 1 hour without any disturbances. Don’t go to a facility that hundreds have used weekly, indulge in a clean environment at The Salt Shed.

Coaching and Personal training

Our coaching and programming are delivered from the highest point of difference. We bring in the best and develop the best coaching for the northern beaches. From bringing in elite Olympic lifting coaches, Ex National gymnast or having coaches with elite sporting or training backgrounds that carry invaluable sharable knowledge that will give our clients the best advice to overcome anything in their path.

1 on 1 training

This is a fully done for you program that requires you to turn up and we will do the rest. help you with a specific training plan , eating plan and keep you fully accountable. This won’t be easy but we know you’ll enjoy it,

Weight loss
We educate and deliver knowledge to our clients on how to lose weight and keep it off. no 6 week crash diets or malnourished clients. Our clients continue to make themselves better each week and look great doing it.

Muscle build
If you want to look great in beach season, build size for footy season or increase the thighs to save lives then we have the expert knowledge for you to guarantee put on strong muscle size and stop playing a guessing game in a 24/7 gym. Let our team take care of it for you.

Sports specific training

Optimising performance in sports and CrossFit is done with a calculated measure. Our experienced coaching staff and proven performance programs ensure our athletes are peaking at the right time and in the best shape of their lives prior to seasonal sports commencing. With a new state of the art commercial gym. Everything you need to keep the body looking and feeling great. Isolate those intricate muscle groups with our wide cable machine or grow big legs with our belt squat. We have wide variety of equipment and we would love for you to see for yourself. no more waiting around for equipment.

Whether you want to run your first marathon , Run your first 5km or get outside on a Sunday morning. Our run club is for you. Bringing you coaching like no other. Our run club has a structured program to help you become great at running and have fun doing it.

7am every Sunday all welcome , members or not.
