Combining two of the greatest body awareness training methods. Every Tuesday and Thursday we coach and train our community on the importance of maintaining power as a life long skill and emphasising the importance of body awareness and balance in our multi skill classes. suitable for everyone.

With a state of the art recovery studio. Unwind and enjoy your favourite podcast or music in our infrared sauna and cold plunge. Contrast therapy at its finest.

Personal Training
We offer a complimentary 1:1 session for ALL our new athletes before jumping into classes. However if you are someone who simply prefers 1:1 sessions or perhaps requires more attention for say specific sports or injury programming, then Personal Training is the way to go. We have experienced Coaches ready to take you on board and can cater your training to you personally.

Community & Comp Sessions
These powerhouse sessions allow our clients to come together a few times per week to train in a team environment and push each other weekly.

School Programs & Teen Training
We are passionate about creating an understanding in our young community of living a healthy life and how to do it. In our School Programs we focus on fun education in how to move well and stay healthy as you grow. We love to take the kids through the gym and show them how to use it safely and beneficially. We also teach them about programming and why it is important.
